Celebrating 50 years of the Annenberg Center!

We are proud to be the University of Pennsylvania’s home for the performing arts, connecting diverse audiences, Penn and the greater Philadelphia community with our visionary artists for over 50 years. On April 8, 2021, 50 years from the day of the Annenberg Center’s dedication, we embark on a multi-year journey in honor of our 50th anniversary, and you are an important part of our celebration. Join us by sharing your #MyAnnenbergStory. What do you remember or love about the Annenberg Center?

Did you hear the music of an emerging artist who is now a legend? Do you recall the fun of rehearsing on our stage, perfecting a student theatre production? Maybe you are delighted to have brought your kids and now your grandchildren to enjoy our annual Children’s Festival. Perhaps a significant first date happened in our theatre seats, or you gather your friends regularly for dinner and our dance performances. Whatever your memory, story or experience, we can’t wait to hear from you.

Simply click below to share your #MyAnnenbergStory. It is easy to upload a short video, post photos or write some thoughts. And be sure to scroll down to see and interact with what others have shared.

Together, we’ll tell and continue to create #MyAnnenbergStory.
