The first ever Raise Your Voice charity concert will unite the University of Pennsylvania’s student body and the local Philadelphia community to support Settlement Music School. By coming together and raising our voices, we hope to support music students in Philadelphia so they can raise theirs.
The concert will feature all 14 groups of UPenn’s A Cappella Council on the same stage, as well as special guest, Pitch Slapped (featured on NBC’s The Sing Off and America’s Got Talent). The Penn a cappella community has produced some of the music industry’s biggest players, including Grammy® Award winner John Legend and Broadway star Jonah Platt. The Penn community also served as the inspiration for Pitch Perfect, directed by Penn alumnus Elizabeth Banks.
100% of ticket proceeds for this event will go to Settlement Music School.
