Located in the heart of West Philadelphia on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts hosts many world class performances and is the perfect setting for your next group event! So, gather your group of family, friends, co-workers, business clients, church members or social club and enjoy great group discounts, personalized service, and not-to-be-missed performances.
Great Group Discounts
Groups of 10 or more will receive a discount of up to 25% off regular single ticket prices. Discounts are available for most performances, but tickets are based on availability, so make your plans early! Discount does not apply to Student Discovery and Children's Festival performances. Some additional restrictions may apply.
Dining Opportunities
We will gladly assist you in your event planning at participating area restaurants for a pre- or post-performance dining experience. Or take advantage of the beautiful spaces right inside the Annenberg Center and hold a group gathering in one of our reception areas! From a simple reception to a complete dinner, let us help you provide an event your group won't soon forget.
How to Order
Simply call the Annenberg Center's Group Sales Manager at 215.573.8827 or e-mail groups@ac.upenn.edu and we'll assist you in selecting a performance, discuss seating options and take specific requests regarding your visit. If members of your group have special seating needs, let us know in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Penn Student Groups
Groups of Penn students can buy groups of tickets in advance, at any time, for only $10 per ticket! To place your order or for more information contact Alexander Freeman, Box Office Manager at 215.898.9081 or freemana@ac.upenn.edu. Purchases by journal transfer are available. Student group tickets are based on availability and should be booked as far in advance as possible. (Some restrictions may apply).
Group Sales Policies
To secure your seats, a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required seven business days after
you place your order. Full payment will be due three weeks prior to the performance date. Full payment is
required if the order is placed within three weeks of the performance date. Reservations may be cancelled
if payment is not received by due dates. As soon as we receive your final payment, your tickets will be
printed and mailed so you have ample time to distribute them to your group. A service charge of $9 will
be added to all group orders. All sales are final. The Annenberg Center does not offer refunds or
exchanges on group sales.
